Flat per private repository, never per developer. Public repositories are free and unlimited on every plan, and a monorepo counts as one repository however many packages it holds. Finding out how far behind you are is free everywhere; you pay for more private repositories and people, faster rescans, the trend behind each number, and the report you hand a client.

Over the limit
Every plan has a number of private repositories. Connect more than that and the extra ones pause: they stop being rescanned, and everything already collected stays exactly as it was, readable as before. Nothing is deleted, on any plan, for any reason to do with money. Raising the plan brings them straight back, and the newest repositories are the ones that pause, so the ones you connected first keep scanning. What never costs anything
Public repositories, on every plan. The command line tool, npx libyears, which prints the same report offline and sends nothing anywhere. The README badge. The pages that answer “how far behind is this package” for anyone, and the showcase of ten well-known repositories.
Billing
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so VAT, GST and sales tax are on the invoice and you never send us a card number. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then drops to Free. Nothing is ever deleted for not paying.
